Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls and WhatsApp
Maintain good relationship with customers
Provide product/service information clearly
Follow up with customers regularly
Resolve customer concerns professionally
Update customer details in system/Excel
Preferred Candidate Profile
Good communication skills in Tamil
Good Speaking English speaking ability
Positive attitude and customer handling skills
Freshers can also apply
Basic computer knowledge preferred
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
