Daily Responsibilities Answer all phone calls professionally. Reply to Instagram DMs within 5-10 minutes. Respond to WhatsApp inquiries. Reply to LinkedIn messages. Handle website inquiry forms. Qualify every lead (architect, builder, interior designer, dealer, homeowner). Book appointments for your sales team. Follow up with every lead until it converts or is closed. Maintain CRM/Excel with all inquiries. Coordinate sample dispatches and catalogs. Follow comments on Instagram reels and convert them into conversations. Share brochures, catalogs, and price lists. Collect feedback after meetings.
