- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience in developing and deploying custom solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other enterprise systems and platforms.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools relevant to marketing cloud solutions.
- Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing marketing cloud applications for performance and scalability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
