1. AI Automation
* Identify repetitive business processes and automate them using AI tools.
* Build AI workflows to improve productivity across departments.
* Integrate AI solutions into existing business processes.
2. App Development
* Design and build internal web/mobile applications using no-code, low-code, or coding platforms.
* Continuously improve applications based on user feedback.
* Ensure applications are user-friendly and reliable.
3. AI Research & Innovation
* Stay updated on the latest AI tools and technologies.
* Evaluate and recommend AI solutions that can benefit the organization.
* Test new AI products and create proof-of-concept projects.
4. Process Improvement
* Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for digital transformation.
* Reduce manual effort through automation and technology.
5. System Integration
* Connect different software platforms using APIs and automation tools.
* Maintain seamless data flow across systems.
6. Documentation & Training
* Create SOPs and documentation for AI workflows and applications.
* Train team members on newly implemented AI tools.
7. Project Management
* Plan and execute AI and technology initiatives within agreed timelines.
* Coordinate with different departments to understand business requirements.
8. Data & Reporting
* Build dashboards and reports where required.
* Track automation impact, efficiency improvements, and adoption metrics.
Must Have
* Strong interest in AI and emerging technologies
* Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI tools
* Knowledge of automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n)
* Basic understanding of APIs
* Problem-solving mindset
* Excellent communication skills
* Quick learner with an experimental mindset
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
