Key Responsibilities Content Development
- Create high-quality educational content including lessons, questions, explanations, and assessments
- Develop engaging learning materials aligned with curriculum standards
- Design problem sets and practice exercises for various difficulty levels
- Ensure content accuracy, clarity, and pedagogical soundness
Content Validation & Quality Assurance
- Review and validate educational content created by AI systems
- Verify factual accuracy and conceptual clarity of learning materials
- Provide expert feedback to improve content quality
- Maintain consistency in teaching methodology and standards
AI Integration & Learning
- Learn and utilize AI tools for education-related tasks
- Collaborate with AI systems to enhance content creation efficiency
- Provide subject matter expertise to train and improve AI models
- Adapt to evolving AI technologies in the education sector
Student Interaction
- Engage directly with students to support their learning journey
- Clarify doubts and provide personalized guidance
- Conduct tutoring sessions (online/offline as required)
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
Collaboration
- Work closely with content development and technology teams
- Participate in curriculum planning and improvement initiatives
- Share best practices with fellow educators
- Contribute to product enhancement discussions
Required QualificationsEducational Background
- Bachelor's degree in relevant subject (Master's preferred)
- Strong academic background in the subject of application
- B.Ed. or teaching certification is a plus
Experience
- Teaching/tutoring experience (minimum 1-2 years preferred)
- Experience with content creation or curriculum development is advantageous
- Prior experience in EdTech sector is a plus
