Full-Time Audiologist & Speech-Language Pathologist
We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and compassionate Audiologist & Speech-Language Pathologist (ASLP) to join our team on a full-time basis. The role involves working primarily with children and the pediatric population, supporting their hearing, speech, language, communication, and developmental needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive hearing, speech, language, and communication assessments for pediatric clients.
- Perform age-appropriate audiological evaluations and assist in identifying hearing-related concerns.
- Assess and provide therapy for speech, language, communication, articulation, fluency, voice, and social communication difficulties.
- Assess and manage feeding and swallowing difficulties, where appropriate.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy and intervention plans based on each child's needs and goals.
- Provide engaging one-on-one and group therapy sessions to improve communication, speech clarity, language development, social interaction, and functional communication skills.
- Provide appropriate audiological rehabilitation and hearing-related support based on individual needs.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure consistent progress across home, school, and therapy environments.
- Monitor client progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and regularly review and update treatment plans.
- Educate and counsel parents and caregivers on strategies to support hearing, speech, language, and communication development at home.
- Participate in team discussions, case reviews, and professional development activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology (ASLP).
- Valid professional license/registration as applicable.
- 1–4 years of pediatric experience preferred; freshers with a strong interest in pediatric rehabilitation are also welcome.
- Strong knowledge of audiological assessment, speech and language disorders, therapeutic techniques, and child development.
- Good clinical, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively with children and their families.
- Compassionate, patient, enthusiastic, and passionate about working with children.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary and child-friendly environment.
