Tutorix gives every student a personal AI tutor that teaches step-by-step, adapts practice to each learner, and gives real-time feedback across boards like CBSE, ICSE, Cambridge, and exams like JEE & NEET. We're growing fast and looking for energetic sales professionals to bring this product to more students and parents.
About the Role
As an Inside Sales Executive, you'll be the first human connection between interested families and Tutorix. You'll call warm leads (parents and students who've already shown interest), understand their learning needs, explain how the AI Tutor helps, run a live product demo, and convert them into happy paying customers. This is a target-driven, high-impact role for someone who loves talking to people and closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with inbound leads (parents/students) generated through our website, campaigns, and free trials
- Understand each student's grade, board, and learning challenges, and clearly explain how Tutorix AI Tutor solves them
- Conduct engaging online product demos that showcase the AI Tutor's teaching, practice, and progress features
- Handle questions and objections confidently, and guide families to the right subscription plan
- Convert leads into customers and consistently meet/exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, demos, and follow-ups in the CRM
- Share customer feedback with the product team to help improve Tutorix
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or counselling (EdTech experience is a big plus)
- Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi (additional languages a bonus)
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and running online demos
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented, with strong follow-up discipline
- Basic comfort with computers, CRM tools, and video calls
- Graduate in any discipline
Nice to Have
- Experience selling to parents/students or in the education sector
- Understanding of CBSE/ICSE/Cambridge/JEE/NEET learning journeys

Pay: ₹30,246.37 - ₹50,135.31 per month
