We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Installation cum Service Engineer (Electrical) to support the installation, commissioning, and after-sales service of the G-Gaiter robotic rehabilitation system at customer locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for electrical installation, wiring, assembly, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the equipment while delivering excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical installation, wiring, connections, and assembly of the G-Gaiter system in accordance with technical specifications and safety standards.
- Carry out commissioning and functional testing to ensure the equipment is operating as intended.
- Perform preventive maintenance and attend breakdown/service calls to diagnose and resolve electrical faults.
- Ensure site readiness by verifying power supply, earthing, electrical connections, and safety requirements before installation and service activities.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and rectify electrical issues to minimize equipment downtime.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers during installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate service reports, installation records, and maintenance documentation after each site visit.
- Provide basic operational guidance and technical support to customers regarding equipment usage and safety.
- Adhere to company quality standards, electrical safety practices, and field service protocols.
- Travel to customer locations across assigned regions for installation, servicing, and emergency support as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Electrical Engineering (EEE), or a related discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in electrical installation, commissioning, maintenance, or field service. Freshers with strong technical knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
- Good understanding of electrical wiring, control panels, electrical circuits, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Basic knowledge of electrical safety standards and installation practices.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field assignments.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
