Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Ticketing Executive for handling international and domestic travel bookings. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Amadeus and Galileo reservation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle domestic and international flight bookings
- Fare calculation and ticket issuance
- Reissue, refund, and cancellation processing
- Assist customers with travel queries and itinerary changes
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners
Requirements:
- Experience in airline/travel ticketing
- Proficiency in Amadeus and Galileo
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Experience : 1+ years preferred
