We are looking for a Receptionist cum Accountant who will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling patient/customer interactions, maintaining financial records, and supporting day-to-day administrative activities. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and proficiency in computer applications.
Key ResponsibilitiesReception & Administration
- Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and clients professionally.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Schedule and manage appointments.
- Maintain records, files, and office documentation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Coordinate with doctors, staff, and vendors.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations.
Accounts & Finance
- Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, and payment records.
- Handle cash collections and daily cash reconciliation.
- Record financial transactions in accounting software.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Prepare expense reports and payment vouchers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in reception and accounting roles.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
