Key Responsibilities
- Diary & Inbox Management: Coordinate schedules, screen emails, and prioritize meeting requests.
- Travel Coordination: Book flights, arrange ground transportation, and build detailed itineraries.
- Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for internal staff, clients, and external partners.
- Document Preparation: Draft correspondence, create PowerPoint presentations, and compile reports.
- Meeting Support: Schedule meetings, prepare briefing materials, and take meeting minutes.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
