Job Summary
We are looking for dedicated and hardworking Picker/Packers to join our warehouse operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, labeling, and preparing customer orders for dispatch while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick products from warehouse shelves based on pick lists or handheld scanners.
- Pack products securely to prevent damage during transportation.
- Verify product quantity, quality, and specifications before packing.
- Label packages accurately and prepare them for dispatch.
- Load and unload goods as required.
- Arrange and organize inventory in designated storage locations.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow 5S standards.
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor.
- Follow company safety guidelines and warehouse procedures.
- Assist in stock counting and inventory audits.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: SSLC / PUC / Any Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Ability to lift and move packages as per operational requirements.
- Basic reading and counting skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and overtime if required.
- Good teamwork and a positive attitude.
Pay: ₹18,300.00 - ₹18,400.00 per month
