Role Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and result-oriented E-commerce Manager to lead and scale our presence across leading domestic and international marketplaces. The role requires strong commercial acumen, marketplace expertise, and proven leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and grow international marketplaces: Amazon, Ebay, Etsy.
* Lead international marketplace operations : Amazon, Ebay, Etsy.
* Define and execute marketplace growth, pricing, and promotion strategies
* Drive revenue, profitability, and market share expansion
* Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
* Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing e-commerce teams
* Oversee listing optimization, inventory planning, and marketplace compliance
* Analyze performance metrics and deliver actionable insights
Key Requirements:
* 6–10 years of experience managing multi-channel e-commerce marketplaces
* Strong expertise in both domestic and international e-commerce operations
* Demonstrated success in scaling revenue and managing large catalogs
* Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
* Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
