Job Overview
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives and Pre-Sales Executives to join our growing real estate team in Bangalore. The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective clients, coordinating site visits, and driving sales conversions.
Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Sales Activities
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate project information.
- Coordinate and schedule site visits for prospective customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to maximize conversions.
- Update and manage customer information in CRM systems.
Sales Activities
- Promote and sell residential plots and real estate projects.
- Conduct client meetings and project presentations.
- Organize and accompany customers on site visits.
- Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales or Pre-Sales.
- Real Estate industry experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
