Job Summary
Manikandan Motor Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to support and drive our sales operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to maximize performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Monitor sales activities, customer inquiries, and follow-up processes.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with management to identify growth opportunities and improve sales processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Valid driving license preferred.
