Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect with 3+ years of professional experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for architectural design, project coordination, team management, and project execution while ensuring compliance with client requirements, regulatory standards, and company quality benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Registration with the Council of Architecture is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and other architectural software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Develop design presentations, 3D models, and project documentation.
- Lead and manage a team of architects, draftsmen, and design coordinators, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Conduct site visits, monitor project progress, and resolve design or construction-related issues.
- Allocate resources, track project schedules, and ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members while promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Participate in client meetings, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback into project deliverables.
- Ensure effective communication among all stakeholders for smooth project execution.
