Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About the Role
Flavorarc Foods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Cum Admin Manager to oversee the Human Resources and Administration functions of the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities, communication skills, and experience in handling recruitment, employee relations, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR-related documents.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate employee engagement and performance management activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain positive workplace relations.
- Support payroll coordination and statutory compliance activities.
Administration Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office administration activities.
- Manage office maintenance, housekeeping, and facility coordination.
- Handle vendor management and office procurement.
- Monitor office assets, inventory, and administrative expenses.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and office events.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good knowledge of HR operations and administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR & Administration.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in the food industry will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
