Key Responsibilities :
· Monitoring online and offline tender portals (E.g. GeM, E-Procurement etc.) for relevant opportunities.
· Analyzing & interpretation of tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs) to assess feasibility and alignment with company capabilities.
· Collaborating with various departments (e.g., technical, projects, finance) to gather necessary information and ensure accuracy.
· Ensuring all tender documents, certifications, and other required paperwork are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulations.
· Monitoring tender timelines and ensuring all submissions are made on or before the deadline.
· Maintaining accurate records of all tender activities and communications.
· Liaising with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements and negotiate terms.
· Following up on submitted tenders and providing regular updates on their status.
· Developing and implementing strategies to improve the company's win rate on tenders.
· Analyzing competitor bids and identifying areas for improvement.
· Developing and maintaining a database of potential clients and partners.
Required Skills:
· Proven experience in a tendering or procurement role, preferably with experience in the relevant industry.
· Strong understanding of the tender process, including legal and regulatory requirements.
· Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills.
· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Educational Qualification – Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, or a related field.
Years of Experience – 4 to 6 years (Experience in Inspection and Certification industry is preferable)
