About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the complete employee lifecycle, from hiring to retirement. The ideal candidate will drive Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Payroll Coordination, Compliance, and HR Business Partnering initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and HR operations.
- Support performance management and goal-setting processes.
- Ensure statutory compliance and HR policy implementation.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and exit formalities.
- Maintain HR records, reports, and HRMS data.
Requirements
- 6+ years of HR Generalist experience.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, payroll, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced organization is preferred.
