We are looking for an experienced SAP Delivery Manager to support and coordinate technical development activities across multiple SAP initiatives within a large enterprise environment. The role will focus on managing technical enhancement delivery, stakeholder coordination, release readiness, and overall governance of SAP development workstreams. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SAP S/4HANA technical development and experience working with distributed teams across multiple projects.
Responsibilities

End-to-end management and delivery of enhancements

Stakeholder management across business, third parties, vendor partners and internal teams

Provide SAP technical oversight and guidance

Track enhancement readiness for planned releases

Track enhancement performance, including metrics, trends, overdue items and backlog

Coordinate technical development activities across multiple SAP projects and programs
-
Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery teams

Drive governance, planning, risk management and status reporting for enhancement initiatives

Collaboration with technical teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Requirements
-
11-16 years of working experience in SAP delivery and technical development
-
Background in SAP S/4HANA technical development
-
Expertise in managing SAP technical teams and development workstreams

Understanding of SAP ABAP, SAP BTP and SAP RAP
-
Familiarity with SAP CPI environments
-
Proven stakeholder and vendor management experience

Competency in delivery governance, tracking and reporting

Experience working in large-scale enterprise SAP environments
