About the Role
We are looking for an Ecommerce Executive to manage day-to-day website operations, product listings, order coordination, offers, marketplace uploads, and performance tracking for our D2C brand. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, fast-moving, comfortable with ecommerce tools, and able to coordinate between marketing, design, tech, customer support, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Website & Product Management
- Upload and update products, pricing, offers, images, descriptions, FAQs, and bundles on the website.
- Ensure product pages are accurate, conversion-focused, and free from errors.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams for banners, product images, landing pages, and promotional assets.
- Check website flow regularly, including product pages, cart, checkout, payment, and order confirmation.
- Report website bugs or customer journey issues to the tech team and follow up until resolved.
Campaign & Offer Execution
- Set up discount codes, bundles, free gifts, prepaid offers, cart rewards, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for sale campaigns, product launches, and festive promotions.
- Ensure all offers are correctly displayed on the website and working properly at checkout.
- Monitor competitor websites, pricing, offers, and product positioning.
Order & Operations Coordination
- Track daily orders, prepaid vs COD split, cancellations, failed payments, and RTO trends.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams to resolve order-related issues.
- Check stock availability and coordinate with inventory/operations teams to avoid stockouts.
- Help improve delivery experience, COD confirmation, prepaid conversion, and repeat purchase.
Marketplace Management
- Upload and manage listings on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, or other relevant platforms.
- Maintain product titles, descriptions, images, keywords, pricing, and offers across marketplaces.
- Track marketplace performance, reviews, ratings, and inventory status.
- Coordinate with marketplace teams for approvals, catalog fixes, ads, and account issues.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly ecommerce reports.
- Track key metrics such as revenue, orders, AOV, conversion rate, prepaid percentage, COD percentage, RTO, bestsellers, and offer performance.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify/Laravel admin panel, Meta dashboard, marketplace dashboards, Shiprocket, or other ecommerce tools.
- Share insights on what is working, what is not, and what can be improved.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce, D2C, marketplace operations, or website management.
- Good understanding of online shopping journeys, product listings, offers, checkout, and order flow.
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta ads, marketplace dashboards, and ecommerce admin panels is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work fast and manage multiple tasks.
- Interest in consumer brands, ecommerce growth, and online sales.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
