Industry: Winding Wires
Job Responsibilities
* Handle sales and business development for winding wires, industrial cables, and electrical products.
* Generate leads through market visits, LinkedIn, references, dealers, and client networking.
* Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, distributors, contractors, and industrial clients.
* Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable wire & cable solutions.
* Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales deals.
* Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
* Maintain client database and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
* Attend client meetings and industrial visits across Pune and nearby areas.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in any field.
* Experience in wires, cables, electrical products, or industrial sales preferred.
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
* Knowledge of winding wires, copper wires, industrial cables, or electrical industry will be an advantage.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, Email communication, and CRM tools.
* Ability to travel for client meetings and field sales activities.

* Strong convincing and relationship-building skills.
* Target-oriented and self-motivated.
* Knowledge of B2B sales and industrial market handling.
