About BAT MASTER
BAT MASTER is a growing sports manufacturing and branding company based in Meerut, India's sports goods manufacturing hub. We manufacture and supply cricket bats, leather cricket balls, tennis balls, bat covers, bat stickers, cricket shoes, cricket accessories, badminton products, and provide private label (OEM) manufacturing for sports brands across India.
As we expand rapidly, we are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who is excited to build HR systems from the ground up—not just recruit people.
Internship Objective
This internship is designed for candidates who want to understand how HR contributes to business growth.
You will learn the complete sports manufacturing ecosystem while helping create professional HR systems, recruitment processes, company policies, training manuals, and documentation that will support BAT MASTER's future expansion.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Policies & Systems
- Design HR policies and employee handbook.
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Develop onboarding and induction processes.
- Prepare HR forms, templates, and checklists.
- Design performance evaluation systems.
- Develop attendance and leave policies.
- Assist in creating organizational structure and HR workflows.
Product Knowledge & Manuals
- Learn BAT MASTER's complete product portfolio.
- Understand manufacturing processes and product specifications.
- Prepare Product Manuals for employees and sales teams.
- Create knowledge documents for cricket products and accessories.
- Document branding, OEM, and private-label processes.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with department heads.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and HR MIS.
- Assist in onboarding new employees.
Sports Industry Research
Study and document the sports ecosystem, including:
- Cricket equipment manufacturing
- Sports retail market
- Dealers and distributors
- Cricket academies
- Sports brands and competitors
- Private-label manufacturing
- Market trends and customer expectations
Prepare research reports that support business decisions.
Documentation & Process Improvement
- Create process documents.
- Develop training presentations.
- Maintain HR documentation.
- Recommend improvements in HR and operational systems.
Skills Required
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong research and analytical skills

- MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA (HR) pursuing or completed
- BBA / B.Com / BA with HR specialization
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
