About the Role
RAO IIT & Medical is looking for a highly organized and proactive Senior Admission Planning Executive responsible for academic planning, scheduling, faculty coordination, and academic operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent planning, communication, coordination, and digital productivity skills, with proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and AI-powered productivity tools to ensure the smooth execution of academic activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain academic timetables for all batches and programs.
- Design and update course syllabi as per academic requirements.
- Coordinate with teachers regarding lecture schedules, syllabus completion, and class planning.
- Ensure timely implementation of academic plans and schedules.
- Monitor syllabus completion and follow up with faculty members.
- Make necessary timetable adjustments based on operational requirements.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth academic operations.
- Maintain accurate academic records, planning sheets, reports, and documentation using Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Utilize AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar productivity tools) to improve planning, documentation, reporting, scheduling, and workflow efficiency.
- Prepare academic reports, presentations, and dashboards using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure uninterrupted class execution.
- Support the Academic Head in planning and executing academic activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Strong coordination and communication abilities.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar, Gmail).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or equivalent) for documentation, planning, reporting, and process automation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Academic Planning, Academic Operations, Administration, or Coordination.
- Experience in coaching institutes or educational organizations will be preferred.
- Experience using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and AI-based productivity tools will be an added advantage.
Work Requirements
- Candidate must have a personal laptop with a stable internet connection.
- Must have a smartphone with an active SIM card.
- Quiet and professional work environment is mandatory.
- Availability during working hours is compulsory.
- Daily reporting and coordination with the Reporting Manager are mandatory.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
