Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls professionally and courteously.Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain call quality and achieve performance targets.
- Document customer interactions in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹1,416,738.96 per month
