Role Overview
As our Social Media Manager, you will own our digital aesthetic across all major platforms. This is not just a desk job; you will be the bridge between our active construction/design sites and our online community. You will plan, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality visual content that showcases our journey from blueprint to beautiful reality. Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Curation (On-Site & Studio)
- Visit active project sites to capture raw footage, progress walkthroughs, and dramatic before-and-after transformations.
- Shoot high-quality reels, shorts, and photos focusing on design details, textures, lighting, and spatial layouts.
- Conduct mini-interviews or behind-the-scenes segments with our principal designers, project managers, and artisans.
Strategy & Feed Aesthetics
- Maintain a pristine grid aesthetic on Instagram and Pinterest that aligns with our luxury brand guidelines.
- Develop a comprehensive monthly content calendar covering educational design tips, client testimonials, and project reveals.
- Incorporate strategic platform features such as trending audio, interactive story polls, and highly optimized interior design keywords/hashtags.
Community Management & Lead Nurturing
- Monitor and respond to direct messages, comments, and inquiries with a professional, helpful brand voice.
- Identify potential clients and engage with adjacent communities (architecture, luxury lifestyle, real estate) to build our network.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track monthly performance metrics including reach, audience growth, engagement rates, and inbound lead generation.
- Adjust content strategies dynamically based on data insights and platform algorithm updates.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience managing visual-heavy brands (interior design, real estate, architecture, or luxury lifestyle preferred).
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating advanced mobile photography, video framing, and clean editing transitions.
- Software Proficiency: Expert proficiency in mobile video editing tools like CapCut, VN, or InShot, and graphic design platforms like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Industry Knowledge: A keen eye for interior design trends, color palettes, styling layout, and spatial aesthetics.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently to local project sites and client properties for on-location shoots.
