Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Nagpur Head Office. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, networking, and lead generation skills to identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
Local candidates who are familiar with the Nagpur market and can effectively interact with clients will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through field visits, networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms.
- Identify potential clients including builders, contractors, architects, developers, industries, and government agencies.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand project requirements.
- Present the company's engineering consultancy services professionally.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and client communications.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project discussions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly business development targets.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings whenever required.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong lead generation and client acquisition abilities.
- Confident negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
