Role Overview
This is a pure trading and cross-docking / drop-shipping model. The role will focus heavily on back-to-back document alignment, incoterms, and tight integration with Zoho Inventory and Zoho Books, as there is no physical inventory to manage locally. The successful candidate will serve as the operational backbone for Estel Energy’s cross-border commodity and product flows, coordinating seamlessly between Asian suppliers and global clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Back-to-Back Documentation & Trade Compliance
● Execute seamless cross-border documentation, matching inbound supplier invoices from China, Thailand, and South Korea with outbound client export invoices.
● Prepare and manage clean sets of Bills of Lading (BL), Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, and Switch Bills of Lading where required to protect vendor confidentiality.
● Ensure absolute compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and proper HS code classifications without physical cargo inspection.
2. Logistics & Freight Coordination (No Warehousing)
● Coordinate direct factory-to-destination (drop-shipment) routing or port-to-port cross-docking with freight forwarders.
● Negotiate competitive air and ocean freight rates and secure container allocations directly from supplier origins.
● Monitor real-time transit status, update clients on delivery timelines, and resolve carrier delays or port holds immediately.
3. Zoho System Management
● Manage the entire order lifecycle within Zoho Inventory and Zoho Books (Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Bills, and Invoices).
● Update Zoho in real time to reflect shipment milestones, tracking numbers, and actual freight costs for precise profit margin analysis.
● Reconcile vendor accounts and forwarder invoices against Zoho records to ensure clean accounts payable data.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience 2–5 years in international trade, freight forwarding, or a trading company, with hands-on experience handling back-to-back cross-border shipping.
Systems Mandatory: Hands-on, proficient experience using Zoho Inventory and Zoho Books is required.
Knowledge Expert understanding of Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW, DDP) and how they dictate cost and risk transitions throughout the supply chain.
Skills Excellent negotiation, sharp attention to detail (matching numbers across multiple trade documents), and the ability to manage international suppliers across time zones.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
