Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Branch Manager – Overseas Education to lead and manage branch operations while driving student recruitment, counselling excellence, and business growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of overseas education processes, and expertise in major study destinations such as the UK, Canada, Australia, USA, and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure achievement of business targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the counselling and admissions team to deliver exceptional student experiences.
- Provide expert guidance to students regarding overseas education opportunities, university selection, courses, and career pathways.
- Evaluate student profiles and recommend suitable universities and programs based on academic background, career goals, and financial considerations.
- Monitor and support the complete admission cycle, including applications, documentation, SOPs, offer letters, and enrolments.
- Plan and execute seminars, webinars, educational fairs, and promotional activities to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in overseas education counselling or study abroad consulting.
- Strong knowledge of UK, Canada, Australia, USA, and/or New Zealand admissions and visa processes.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
