About the Role
Let's Inn is seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Chief Development & Growth Officer (CDGO) to lead revenue growth, occupancy optimization, customer acquisition, and profitability across all operational properties.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hospitality, travel, revenue management, growth strategy, OTA management, and business development, with a proven ability to drive sustainable business growth and improve property performance.
Experience & Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–7 years of experience in Growth, Revenue Management, Hospitality, Travel, OTA, Co-living, Hotel Operations, or related sectors
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth, occupancy improvement, customer acquisition, and business expansion
Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue & Occupancy Management
- Drive Occupancy Rate, ADR (Average Daily Rate), and RevPAR performance
- Ensure optimal room utilization across all properties
- Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies
- Reduce unsold inventory and low-demand gaps
- Monitor city-wise and property-wise revenue performance
- Optimize weekday and weekend demand balance
- Improve contribution margins
Customer Acquisition & Growth Strategy
- Develop scalable customer acquisition funnels
- Lead digital performance marketing initiatives
- Optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Improve website and direct booking conversion rates
- Increase direct booking share
- Launch referral and loyalty programs
- Design customer reactivation campaigns
Distribution & Channel Optimization
- Manage OTA and booking platform relationships
- Optimize OTA commission structures
- Reduce dependency on high-cost distribution channels
- Increase direct booking revenue share
- Develop corporate and B2B booking partnerships
- Implement long-stay and bulk booking programs
Customer Experience & Retention
- Improve repeat booking rates
- Reduce cancellation percentages
- Improve guest ratings and online reviews
- Develop membership and loyalty programs
- Improve Net Promoter Score (NPS)
- Strengthen customer communication systems
Revenue Analytics & Reporting
Track and report:
- Occupancy Rate (%)
- ADR (Average Daily Rate)
- RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room)
- Gross Booking Value (GBV)
- Net Revenue
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
