Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Conference Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute high-impact conferences and summits related to Drone Technology, Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence, and National Security sectors. The ideal candidate should have experience in conference production, speaker acquisition, delegate sales support, and event operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage end-to-end conference programs for multiple industry events.
- Research industry trends and develop relevant conference themes, agendas, and topics.
- Identify, approach, and confirm speakers, panelists, moderators, and industry leaders.
- Coordinate with government bodies, associations, corporates, and technology companies.
- Manage delegate registrations, VIP invitations, and partnerships.
- Work closely with marketing team for promotions, mailers, social media, and audience generation.
- Liaise with operations team for venue setup, conference requirements, branding, and logistics.
- Prepare conference budgets, timelines, and progress reports.
- Ensure smooth on-site execution during event days.
- Build long-term relationships with speakers, sponsors, and delegates.
Required Skills:
- 2–3 years of experience in conference production / event management / B2B exhibitions.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in speaker acquisition and agenda development preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good networking skills with corporate and government sectors.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM tools.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Industry Exposure:
Drone / UAV, Cyber Security, AI Technology, Defence, Homeland Security, Government Conferences.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Management / Marketing / Mass Communication / Relevant Field.
