Role & Responsibility:-
We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer – PEB to supervise and coordinate civil and site execution activities for PEB projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day civil and site execution activities for PEB projects.
- Monitor foundation, RCC, anchor bolt, flooring, drainage and other civil works.
- Coordinate with PEB erection, structural, subcontractor and client teams.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications and site requirements.
- Check line, level, alignment and dimensions of civil works.
- Monitor manpower, material and equipment required at site.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for timely completion of work.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify construction issues.
- Ensure proper quality control and adherence to safety procedures.
- Monitor project progress against the planned schedule.
- Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.
- Coordinate with the design team regarding drawings, revisions and technical issues.
- Assist in quantity estimation, material reconciliation and contractor measurements.
- Monitor snagging, rectification and completion of civil works.
- Support final inspection and project handover.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of PEB foundation and civil construction works.
- Knowledge of RCC, shuttering, reinforcement and concrete works.
- Understanding of anchor bolt installation and PEB foundation requirements.
- Ability to read and understand civil/structural drawings.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Good communication and site coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and team-management ability.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
