2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Pitching: Create tailored business proposals, pitch decks, and presentations to introduce the company’s products or services.
- Negotiation: Handle pricing and contract negotiations while aligning client needs with the organization’s business objectives.
- Retention: Cultivate long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and drive renewals, upsells, and referrals
4. Performance & Reporting
- KPI Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators such as lead conversion rates, meeting bookings, and overall pipeline value.
- Forecasting: Prepare regular performance and forecasting reports to evaluate sales strategies and revenue margins
