A real estate marketing executive develops and executes strategic campaigns to promote property listings, generate qualified leads, and strengthen the brand's market presence. They analyze housing trends, manage digital platforms, and collaborate directly with sales teams to drive inquiries and facilitate property viewings. [1, 2]Core Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute 360-degree digital and offline marketing campaigns to promote both residential and commercial properties.
- Lead Generation: Oversee search engine marketing, social media ads and email marketing to drive high-quality prospect traffic.
- Listing Management: Produce and optimize property listings using high-quality imagery, virtual tours, and engaging copywriting.
- Market Research: Monitor local housing trends, track competitor strategies, and identify prime target demographics in areas like Uttarakhand and the broader Indian real estate market.
- Event Coordination: Organize site visits, open houses, launch events, and developer exhibitions to network with potential buyers and channel partners.
Key Requirements
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, combined with proven experience in the real estate or property development sector.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate property benefits and foster client relationships.
Pay: ₹9,854.13 - ₹33,796.21 per month
