Job Summary
Sygnific Careers is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our career guidance programs, psychometric assessments, educational services, and student development solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in business development, institutional sales, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, digital platforms, referrals, and networking.
- Visit schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and educational organizations to present Sygnific Careers' services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, management teams, counsellors, and institutional partners.
- Conduct product presentations, seminars, workshops, and awareness sessions.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Coordinate with the counselling and operations teams for successful program implementation.
- Maintain daily sales reports, CRM records, and achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Educational Sales.
- Experience in EdTech, Education, Training, Career Counselling, or Institutional Sales will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for school, college, and corporate meetings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
