Job Summary: Purchase Executive – IT Hardware & POS Solutions (6months to 2 Years Experience Preferred)
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for POS systems, printers, barcode scanners, laptops, and related IT hardware products. The ideal candidate should have experience in vendor management, procurement planning, inventory control, and cost-effective purchasing while ensuring timely product availability.
Responsibilities:
- Source and procure POS systems, thermal printers, barcode printers, barcode scanners, laptops, desktops, and IT accessories
- Identify and develop relationships with vendors, distributors, and suppliers
- Obtain quotations, compare pricing, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize purchases
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement documentation
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages
- Follow up with suppliers for timely deliveries and order tracking
- Coordinate with sales and service teams regarding product requirements and availability
- Maintain inventory records and purchase reports
- Handle warranty claims, replacements, and vendor-related issues
- Evaluate supplier performance and ensure quality standards are met
- Monitor market trends and pricing to optimize procurement costs
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly purchase reports
Requirements:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Purchase, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management
- Knowledge of POS systems, thermal printers, barcode printers, barcode scanners, laptops, desktops, and IT hardware products
- Experience in vendor management, quotation comparison, and price negotiation
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously
- Experience in IT hardware, retail technology, or electronic products procurement is preferred
- Own vehicle preferred
