Field Sales Executive – BharatPe
We are hiring enthusiastic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to expand BharatPe's merchant network. The role involves visiting local shops and businesses, promoting BharatPe QR and payment solutions, and onboarding new merchants.
Responsibilities
- Visit merchants and retailers in the assigned territory.
- Generate leads and acquire new merchants.
- Explain BharatPe products and benefits to customers.
- Complete merchant onboarding and documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding targets.
Eligibility
- 10th/12th Pass or Graduate.
- Good communication and sales skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Must be comfortable with field work.
- Own smartphone required.
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹23000 per month
- Petrol Allowance: ₹3,000 per month
