- Supervise and ensure the smooth functioning of all assigned centres.

Monitor and guide the performance of teachers and field staff.

Conduct regular field visits and ensure quality program implementation.

Review and approve attendance, leave, On Duty (OD), and regularization requests on time.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and reporting standards.

Coordinate with the State Head, HR, and other departments for operational and employee-related matters.

Build and maintain positive relationships with community stakeholders.

Monitor the utilization of organizational resources and maintain centre discipline.

Submit timely operational reports and ensure accurate documentation.

Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of employees.

Resolve operational issues and ensure timely corrective actions.

Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
Graduation/B.Ed/M.Ed/MSW or Equivalent
