Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed 3D CAD models and assemblies in Autodesk Fusion 360 for robotic components and systems.
- Develop technical drawings, BOMs, and documentation for manufacturing and assembly.
- Perform motion studies, tolerance analysis, and design validation in Fusion 360.
- Collaborate with electrical, electronics, and software teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical designs.
- Conduct material selection and design optimization for strength, weight, and cost efficiency.
- Support prototype development, assembly, and testing of robotic systems.
- Apply DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly) principles.
- Troubleshoot design issues and implement effective solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Fusion 360 (3D modeling, assemblies, drawings, simulations).
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, GD&T, and tolerance stack-up.
- Minimum 1 year experience with robotics, automation, or precision mechanisms preferred.
- Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and prototyping techniques (CNC, 3D printing, sheet metal, etc.).
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced R&D environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
