Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR & Learning & Development (HR & L&D) Executive to support our growing team. This role combines core HR responsibilities with employee learning, training, and development initiatives to build a high-performing workplace culture. The ideal candidate is organised, approachable, and passionate about developing people while ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Coordinate employee induction and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.
- Support attendance, leave management, and HR compliance.
- Assist with payroll inputs and employee benefits administration.
- Handle employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture programmes.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Assist with performance review cycles and employee feedback processes.
- Support disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution when required.
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs across departments.
- Develop and coordinate onboarding and ongoing training programmes.
- Schedule and facilitate internal and external training sessions.
- Track employee training progress and maintain training records.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and recommend improvements.
- Create learning materials, SOPs, training manuals, and development resources.
- Support leadership development and career progression initiatives.
- Promote a continuous learning culture across the organisation.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with HRMS software is an advantage.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
