Understanding the Multi customer KPI’s and SLA’s and ensuring the Deliverables to Meet the same.
Ensuring the Inventory Controls including cycle count, Perpetual Inventory and Maintaining with Zero Inventory Variance and coordinating for Internal and External Stock audit for with Zero Non-compliance.
Ensuring timely updating of Operating Systems (WMS etc.)
Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the customer and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
Meet regularly with operations leads to review, analyzing, and developing actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention.
Ensuring timely data captures all the activities taking place in WH in shift.
Coordination with different departments for timely completion of tasks assigned
Ensuring the Documents Management and Responding and supporting in Audits.
