- Follow up with existing customers for policy renewals.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for insurance products.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer service.
- Maintain customer records and follow-up activities.
Eligibility:
- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Must have a personal Laptop/Desktop with a stable internet connection.
- Insurance or sales experience is preferred, but freshers are also welcome.
