Looking for a hands-on team member to join our growing DTC streetwear brand.
Role: Operations & Customer Support Executive
Location: Wagholi, Pune (On-site)
Languages Required: Hindi & English
Responsibilities:
- Customer support (calls + chats)
- Assigning courier & shipment coordination
- Handling exchanges & returns
- NDR follow-ups
- COD order confirmation calls
- Email support
- Managing Excel sheets & order data
- Packing and dispatching products
Timing: 11 AM – 8 PM
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,500/month
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Detail-oriented
- Good with communication
- Comfortable handling daily ops & customer queries
- Has basic Excel knowledge
- Ready to work in a fast-paced startup environment
