About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled BIM Manager to lead and manage BIM operations for retail, F&B, restaurant, hospitality, and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for BIM strategy, coordination, quality control, and project delivery while managing a team of BIM Architects and BIM Modelers.
This role requires strong leadership capabilities, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage BIM Architects and BIM Modelers across multiple projects.
- Develop and implement BIM standards, workflows, and execution plans.
- Oversee BIM coordination for architectural and MEP disciplines.
- Manage project deliverables, timelines, quality standards, and coordination activities.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, designers, and project teams for smooth execution.
- Conduct clash detection reviews and resolve coordination issues using BIM tools.
- Ensure all BIM models and drawings comply with project requirements and company standards.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to team members.
- Support project planning, resource management, and team performance monitoring.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in BIM management and project coordination.
- Mandatory experience in retail, F&B, restaurant, hospitality, or commercial projects.
- Strong experience leading BIM teams and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and related BIM software.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards, clash detection, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Reporting Structure
- BIM Architects and BIM Modelers will directly report to the BIM Manager.
- The BIM Manager will work closely with design, project management, and execution teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Pay: ₹25,298.96 - ₹193,458.93 per month
