Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate bid and tender opportunities through GeM, CPPP, state government portals, and other relevant sources.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, financial requirements, and scope of work.
- Prepare and submit complete bid documentation, including technical proposals, commercial bids, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Technical, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations for required inputs.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements, submission guidelines, and timelines.
- Manage bid schedules, approvals, document version control, and submission processes.
- Maintain records of tenders, submissions, contract awards, and bid outcomes.
- Handle pre-bid queries, clarifications, and client communications.
- Conduct post-bid analysis and prepare reports to improve future submissions.
- Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and quality of all bid-related information.

- Knowledge of standard operating procedures and bid management workflows.
- Understanding of the end-to-end tender lifecycle.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PDF editing tools.
- Familiarity with e-tendering platforms such as GeM, CPPP, state government portals, and private procurement portals.
- Basic understanding of costing, pricing, and commercial terms.
