We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor Lead with strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Time & Labor implementations.
- Configure Time Rules, Time Categories, Time Entry Layouts, Overtime, Premium Pay, and Labor Distribution.
- Integrate Time & Labor with Payroll, Absence Management, and Core HR.
- Conduct requirements gathering, solution design, and client workshops.
- Develop Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and configuration workbooks.
- Support testing, payroll reconciliation, production support, and issue resolution.
- Design and support integrations with third-party timekeeping systems (e.g., Monarch).
- Develop Fast Formulas, HDL/HSDL data loads, BI Publisher, and OTBI reports.
- Collaborate on REST/SOAP integrations, data conversions, and system interfaces.
