JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for Management data presentations preparations, data analysis with RCA at short notice and able to handle conflicting situations.
TPA Management (DC empanelment and Mystery audit on time to time)
Internal Claim data maintenance for validating DC quality.
Identifying internal customer preferences / business needs and work towards meeting/ exceeding satisfaction levels.
Should be proficient in handling the Partner/TPA’s.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing Medical Network management end to end.
WIP Management for all associated vendors
Calls /Trainings for TPA’s as per the customer feedbacks
End to end traction of NPS- Net Promoter Score (Traction Detractor Calling)
Maintain tracker for Audit purpose.
Past TPA management experience.
Quality checking for of Medicals (Physical/Digital)

- External stakeholder management.
Coordination skills.
- Process knowledge (Underwriting).
DESIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Graduate, preferably MBA , hands on excel , word document , PPT and with experience of +4 years.
