Job Summary: -
The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the company's digital marketing function, driving brand visibility, lead generation, customer acquisition, and online engagement. The role will focus on developing and executing data-driven digital strategies to support business growth, strengthen market positioning, and generate qualified B2B sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the company's digital marketing roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Drive online brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement initiatives.
Define digital marketing KPIs and ensure achievement of business targets.
Lead the digital marketing team.
Build and manage marketing funnels to improve lead quality and conversions.
Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and industry-specific platforms.
Improve campaign performance, reduce cost per lead, and maximize ROI.
Manage digital marketing budgets effectively.
Develop SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
Oversee website management, user experience, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
Ensure the website effectively supports lead generation and branding objectives.
Strengthen the company's online brand presence across digital channels.
Coordinate with product, sales teams to create industry-relevant content.
Lead LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels.
Build engagement with channel partners and industry stakeholders.
Lead social media campaigns to support branding and lead generation goals.
Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance metrics.
Prepare monthly dashboards and management reports.
Use data insights to improve campaign effectiveness and business outcomes.
Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, content creators, designers, and analysts.

Digital Marketing ROI Website Traffic & Conversion Rate Organic Search Rankings LinkedIn Engagement & Reach Lead-to-Customer Conversion Rate Brand Visibility Metrics Revenue Contribution from Digital Channels.
Qualification:
MBA in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Business Management.
Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn Marketing, SEO, and Marketing Automation certifications preferred.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in in a leadership role managing digital marketing teams. Strong experience in B2B marketing and lead generation.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
