About the Role
Quantum Trade Ventures is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day backend operations of DIOLYSH, our jewellery brand.
The selected candidate will handle product listings, orders, inventory, shipping labels, packing coordination and marketplace-related tasks. This is a suitable opportunity for a fresher who wants practical experience in Shopify, ecommerce marketplaces and brand operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and update product listings on Shopify and ecommerce marketplaces.
- Upload product images, titles, descriptions, prices, SKUs and inventory details.
- Process daily orders received through Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and other platforms.
- Print shipping labels, invoices and order-related documents.
- Coordinate order packing, dispatch and courier pickups.
- Maintain accurate physical and digital stock records.
- Update inventory after sales, returns, exchanges and stock additions.
- Track returns, RTOs, exchanges and undelivered orders.
- Maintain records of packaging materials and product availability.
- Prepare basic daily or weekly order and inventory reports.
- Coordinate with the team regarding low-stock products and pending orders.
- Perform other basic ecommerce and computer-related operational tasks.
Skills and Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge is compulsory.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- Organised and responsible approach to work.
- Ability to manage repetitive operational tasks without errors.
- Willingness to learn Shopify and marketplace seller panels.
- Knowledge of Shopify, WordPress, Amazon Seller Central or Flipkart Seller Hub will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good computer skills may apply.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
