Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Store Manager to lead the Crocs store at Gopalan Mall, Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing daily store operations, leading the team, and ensuring an exceptional customer shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly business targets.
- Manage day-to-day store operations smoothly.
- Lead, motivate, and train the store team.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Ensure visual merchandising is maintained as per brand guidelines.
- Monitor stock, inventory, and replenishment.
- Handle billing, cash management, and daily store reports.
- Track retail KPIs like Sales, Conversion, ATV, UPT, and Productivity.
- Maintain store hygiene and ensure SOP compliance.
Eligibility
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Store Manager in Apparel or Footwear Retail.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and customer handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and POS systems.
- Target-driven and willing to work in rotational shifts/weekends.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in Footwear, Apparel, Sportswear, or Lifestyle Retail.
- Passion for fashion retail and customer service.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
